A cactus photo from Friday’s trip to Saguaro National Park didn’t have the wow factor I was hoping for. Climbing Daddy said it was because I’m oversaturated on photos of cactus.
Possible.
So I took one of them and decided to mess around with it in Photoshop. I don’t know Photoshop very well, and just playing around without any real direction is fun sometimes. I ended up with something that was kind of cool.

So I did it with another.

And another.

And one more.

I decided to try it with a different subject and after a few trial and errors came up with:

Finally, I messed with a macro flower photo. Fun!

This was all quite relaxing, actually, and I’ve learned a bit about how the program works. Who knows what’ll come out next?
